Purpose of the Job:
Brite systems in looking to hire a talented Salesforce Solution Engineer who has a passion to leverage technology and build innovative solutions that help customers realize their vision and business goals.

As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you will work closely with sales, technical architects and project managers to provide technical expertise by architecting, designing, developing, testing and implementing innovative solutions for our current and prospective customers. This role will largely focus on supporting our nonprofit prospects and customers. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to accurately estimate project scope, timeline, and resources during the pre-sales process.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document business and technical requirements.

- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to respond efficiently to RFPs

- Collaborate with the technical teams to come up with innovative solutions, assist in building practical demos / prototypes of the proposed solution, present client demos to key decision-makers to address their business needs, by showcasing the business value of the proposed solution.

- Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

- Liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify potential project risks and challenges early in the process, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.

- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform project estimations and design decisions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional requirement documents and user stories.

- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards before project delivery.

- Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and work closely with the technical architects to recommend improvements for future estimations and project designs.

- Keep abreast of new technology and maintain relevant certifications to maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in this position.

- Demonstrate SF Nonprofit experience with expertise in products such as NPSP, NPC, & Experience Cloud. Provide meaningful nonprofit knowledge and industry expertise.


Requirements:
3 – 5 years consultative sales experience in selling / Co-selling Salesforce services

Salesforce Certification(s) preferred

College degree preferred
